About Us

Our lobby was established to provide full support to Turkish women, who have fully utilized their knowledge, skills, and experience since the founding of the Republic.
It is a non-governmental organization founded in May 2006 by independent-minded women with the aim of creating and developing a status for women that is not fully present in our country, and its doors are open to all kinds of individuals and organizations.
Our vision is to be a pioneer in the future of Turkey, using our knowledge and experience in national and international decision-making processes that will determine the fate of our country. The All Women's Lobby Association (TÜKAL) is an organization founded voluntarily by independent-minded women to create and develop a status for women that is not fully present in our country, and its doors are open to all individuals and organizations.

Our Mission

Our Mission

Our main mission is to increase the number of women in our country who contribute to social, economic, and political development and who are at the forefront of decision-making mechanisms in every field. To achieve this main mission, our primary goals are:

Our women;
creating their own unique living spaces,
To enable them to achieve economic freedom,
They should have a say everywhere, starting from the smallest units of society,
that they can become important individuals for our country with all the social statuses they have acquired,
And it enables secular and modern women to come together and accomplish all of this.

Our Vision

Our goal is to ensure that women who are apolitical, effective, active, strong, self-confident, independent thinkers, and capable of generating ideas take on roles in all decision-making positions in building the future of Turkey; to leave the mark of the modern and secular Turkish woman on all matters concerning society and the state; and to be a pioneer in this regard as a brand new organization for all women living in our country.

By conducting pioneering studies and research on all issues concerning women, maintaining direct contact with all women's and men's associations and organizations, and proving, both nationally and internationally, within the framework of secular thought, that Turkish women, with their talents, knowledge, and experience, can contribute to determining the fate of the entire nation, constitutes an important part of our vision.
